The  Limkokwing University is a private university of Creative Technology is present across Asia, Europe, and Africa. It is also known by the names Limkokwing and LUCT. The institution has more than 30,000 students from more than 150 nations attending its main campus in Malaysia.

The institution provides a broad range of undergraduate and graduate degrees in a number of subject areas, such as technology, business, multimedia, design, and communication.

The institution offers a wide range of extracurricular activities, clubs, and societies for students to participate in in addition to academic programs. These activities include athletics, performing arts, cultural events, and community service.

LUCT was established and founded in 1991 by Tan Sri Dato' Sri Paduka Dr Lim kok Wink. In 2002, it became the first private college to be recognised as a university college.

On January 22, 2019, at the first-ever Sustainable Development Goals industry dialogue event held at the Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Limkokwing University was presented with a certificate from the United Nations Global Compact.Providing educational opportunities for all people, regardless of gender, race, color, or ethnicity; promoting global citizenship and developing capacity in higher education systems worldwide; addressing poverty, sustainability, and the unlearning of intolerance are just a few of the UN Global Compact principles to which Limkokwing University is firmly committed.
