London Metropolitan University
London Met, also referred to as London Metropolitan University, is a public research university located in London, England. The institution was established in 1 August 2002 by the merger of London Guildhall institution and the University of North London.The University was founded in 1848.
The university has libraries, archives, a museum, and campuses in the London Borough of Islington and the City of London. The Frederick Parker Collection, the Irish Studies Collection, and the TUC Library are examples of special collections.
10,390 students (7,000 international students from 155 countries) can choose from over 160 degree programs offered by London Metropolitan University. Additionally, the institution has offices across the globe in Beijing, Chennai, Delhi, Dhaka, Lagos, and Lahore. A group of external members and top administrative and academic staff make up the board of governors, which is in charge of overseeing the university's activities.
The academic departments of the university are now organized into six schools, as opposed to the previous four faculties, each of which had three schools. These are the following:

- School of Art, Architecture and Design
The institution funds its scholarship program with about £700,000 per year to support students who thrive academically as well as those who have achieved remarkable things in a variety of sports, including basketball, tennis, and hockey.The university awards £1000 to any international undergraduate student who receives a 'A' grade. In addition, the institution provides postgraduate scholarships, a variety of full tuition scholarships, some of which include free housing.
