About ICMS
The Institute of Crisis Management Studies is a well known centre for academia focusing on the management of crisis resulting from both human activity and natural causes. It offers a unique, multidisciplinary Master degree in Crisis Management Studies, providing the very best national and international scholars, practitioners and experts currently engaged in the diverse areas pertaining to crisis.

The ICMS also offers a new MCP in Counselling Psychology, which focuses on emotional, social, vocational, educational, developmental, and organizational concerns in a crisis setting.

Resource & Services

Institute of Crisis Management (ICMS) provides various resources and services to help students make the most of their studies and enhance their learning experience.

IT Services:

ICMS provides an IT lab equipped with computers, scanners, photocopiers, audio visual aids and high speed Internet access in order to help students to fulfill their potential.

Library:

The ICMS library will aid students in their research by providing a range of different textbooks, reference books, articles and journals from a wide variety of reputed publications.

Innovative Learning Experience:

ICMS provides a feature called virtual classroom, where students will have the opportunity to virtually interact and listen to nationally and internationally reknown dignitaries through a Direct Video Conference (DVC).

Auditorium:

The Institute houses a well-designed auditorium for various presentations, role plays, workshops, simulation exercises and many other creative activities which facilitate the process of knowledge sharing.

Surroundings:

ICMS has been purpose built. The lecture theatres are constructed with prefabricated, heat-insulating material to create a suitable temperature in all seasons. The lecture theaters are also earthquake resistant with good lighting conditions and comfortable desks and chairs. This is all set amongst trees and green space creating an idyllic space for learning.
