The Public Administration Campus (PAC) was established in 1976 as a constituent campus of Tribhuvan University (TU ). Since its inception, it has been playing a leading role in teaching and research in public administration. At present, the Tu examination control office is located on about 19 ropanis (10,000 square meters) of land in the Shant area near Balkhu. It is located on its campus along with the campuses of Tribhuvan University and other institutions under TU and is easily accessible from different parts of Kathmandu Valley. Until 1979, the Diploma in Public Administration Education (DPA) was limited to, and since 1979, the Master of Public Administration (MPA) program has been conducted on the Public Administration Campus. The Public Administration Campus was the sole responsibility for providing public administration education, a two-year educational MPA program, in Nepal until 2011 under the annual system. Tribhuvan University (TU) has been implementing a semester system in Kirtipur since 2014 at the post-graduate level in the Faculty of Management, Faculty of Education, Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences. Therefore, the campus has adopted the newly implemented semester system at MPA with great effort since 2014.
For BPA program
Forty-four students will be admitted in a section. Out of them, four students will get the half scholarship for the tuition fee. The priority will be given to those who did +2 and SLC from public college/school.
