About Us

Merryland College was incepted in 2059 B.S. by a group of highly educated and experienced academicians; it is a leading Co-ed institution in higher education to provide world-class management education at a very affordable price.

The college aspires to offer distinctive quality education to produce competent and socially responsible citizens with leadership qualities. Time and again, the college has proved that it is one of the best academic institutions in Nepal by offering the best management education and boundless opportunity to its students to cater for the changing flavour and aspiration of the students in the region and the nation as a whole. It is located in the heart of Biratnagar with adequate physical infrastructure in a peaceful environment and convenient from all the suburban areas of Biratnagar.

Merryland is currently offering a +2 and BBS programs affiliated with NEB and TU. We aim to provide international management education in Biratnagar so that students do not need to move to other places to study management education. We prepare our students not only to compete with the students of Nepal but also of Delhi, Beijing, London, Washington and other famous education centres of the global economy.

It encourages every student to find and lead his/her path to meaningful life within and beyond the college.

Mission and Vision

The key mission of Merryland is to develop and promote Biratnagar city not only as an industrial and religious destination but also as an educational hub.

Merryland also aims to provide affordable quality education of +2, BBS and CA while equipping students with knowledge and skills in management streams, inculcate values, identify hidden talents, provide opportunities for students to realize their full potential and thus shape them into future leaders, entrepreneurs, managers and above all good human beings, so that they excel in any sphere of the world.

Besides, our Mission is to develop principled and insightful leaders who can transform organizations and society through innovative education, research and networking.

Programs 

• CA

Merryland Career Academy (MCA) is the first and only institution in Province – 1 to conduct CA courses under ICAN (Nepal Board). Our collaboration aims to provide international standard Chartered Accountancy education in Biratnagar.

• Bachelor of Business Management 

This program is designed to train students for MBS & MBA level, or we can say that this program is a foundation level from where the graduates can move to any discipline of their interests. This program enables students to become good middle-class competent managers to handle any business house or public or private organization very efficiently. Specialized courses in the BBS program make students competent to function within or outside the country in the field of Accounting, Economics, Banking, Marketing, Finance, Management, HRD, HRM, research, and other segments of management education.

• +2 (Management)

A highly competitive program led by professionals, the management program aims to produce the top students in the field of global business studies. Our +2 (Management) program's entire focus is on educating students so they to go on to become successful entrepreneurs and corporate leaders who can change the way business is done.
