ABOUT CAMPUS

Lumbini Engineering College (LEC) was founded in 2000 AD with the mission of instilling technical know-how, skill, and a scientific mindset in young talent and raising awareness among the general public regarding application-focused areas of science and technology.

In accordance with the university's norms and regulations, the Pokhara University received recognition for its contribution to engineering education in 2073. Additionally, the Ministry of Education of the Government of Nepal recognized it for providing the best engineering education under CTEVT. In addition, the college has ISO 9001:2015 certification.

In the Lumbini Zone's Rupandehi district, LEC is the only engineering college. It was promoted to meet the long-standing need for an engineering college in the Lumbini Zone by a group of academicians, engineers, and social workers from the area with their innovative ideas and many years of professional experience. They were led by a feeling of social responsibility as well as academic responsibility.
