ABOUT CAMPUS

Gauradaha Agriculture Campus (GAC), a constituent campus of Tribhuvan University is first Agriculture College under Institute of Agriculture and Animal Science. It was established in 2017 A.D. at Gauradaha-2, Jhapa with 9 Bigha of land and some building. Mission of Gauradaha Agriculture Campus is to train competent manpower in agriculture and allied discipline and to promote research, development, and technology dissemination in agriculture. Agriculture graduates from GAC is dominating in every sector including ministry, department, I/NGOs, and academic institution.

Vision

The vision of this campus is to produce qualified professionals and scholars who impart academic excellence and contribute to agricultural development, food security, poverty alleviation and socio-economic transformation of the nation.

Mission

The objective of this campus is to generate competitive professional labor force to fulfill the demands of the 21st century nation and to offer easily accessible, high-quality agricultural education. Our goal is to generate highly qualified agricultural laborers who will contribute to the country's socioeconomic change via high-quality education that improves knowledge, activities, and skills as well as physical infrastructure, research facilities, and lab equipment, all of which are made available to students in a setting that fosters learning.
