Nepal Engineering College
The Nepal Engineering College, the country’s largest engineering college in terms of both area and yearly student enrollment, was founded in 1994 as the nation’s first privately led, not-for-profit social organisation dedicated to offering engineering education. In Bhaktapur’s Changunarayan, the institution’s main campus is situated.
In addition to providing diploma holders with bachelor’s level courses leading to a B.E.( Bachelors of Engineering) degree in civil engineering, electronic and communication engineering, computer engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, civil and rural engineering, and civil engineering, Nepal Engineering College also offers bachelor’s level courses in architecture leading to a B.Arch ( Bachelor of Architecture) degree. Additionally, the campus offers graduate programs leading to the Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in transportation engineering and management (TEAM), natural resource management (NRM), and construction management (CM) and also Interdisciplinary Water Resources Management (IWRM).
The Nepal Engineering College offers a range of state-of-the-art facilities for the arts, including a cafeteria, sports facilities, transport facilities, a library, Auditorium and conference hall assisted by multimedias and many other technologies, placement services, educational tours, scholarships, parking, journals, and computer labs, and the internet.
