1. Answer the following questions. (Any two)                                                        2x15

 

a) Imagine that you work for a manufacturing company. Your company would like to improve its "green" image and reduce its carbon footprint. Recommend your company some ideas to formulate its green policy. Also state the advantage of adopting green policies.

 

Or

 

Textile Inc. used to be a successful textile manufacturer, but now it is losing out to competitors. Currently it is facing the problems of low productivity, high production cost and bad relation with work force and bad environmental image. You are employed as a consultant for the company to help them solve these problems. What would you suggest the company to become successful again and regain its market share?
