• You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights to your User Content and that its use will not violate any law or infringe any rights of any third party.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, interfaces, photos, software, and other content on the Site (collectively, “Content”) are the property of Online Notes Nepal or its licensors and are protected by Nepali and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

• You may download or print a single copy of materials solely for personal, academic use, provided you retain all proprietary notices.
• No Content or portion of the Site may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or exploited for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

7. Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work appears on the Site in a way that constitutes infringement, send a written notice to the address below that includes:

11. Remedies

• Notify law-enforcement authorities or
• Pursue any other remedy available at law or equity.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Site or your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease, and you must delete any downloaded materials.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal.

14. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Online Notes Nepal regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings. If any provision is held unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining Terms will remain in full force.
