Ideal location for the Institute of Crisis Management Studies (ICMS) at Samarpan Academy is Dhumbarahi-4, Kathmandu. It is connected to the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of Tribhuvan University. It is a center for academic study that offers professional knowledge and training in counseling psychology and computer application, with an emphasis on managing crises brought on by both natural and man-made risks.
