The Nepalese Tribhuvan University (TU) is associated with Janakpur Engineering College (JEC). Established in 2063 BS, it is now turning out highly skilled engineers who are the foundation of the country's progress. The College seeks to offer top-notch engineering instruction and turn out qualified engineering graduates. The College currently offers bachelor's degrees in computer science, electronics and communication, and civil engineering from the Institute of Engineering (IOE), TU.

The institution has been run by a capable group of academics and professionals who have a lot of background in managing educational networks. The College is situated in Lalitpur's Kupandole, which is easily accessible from all directions. Seminars, workshops, and training are commonly held throughout the semesters as a part of teaching-learning processes involving field trips, project work, and fieldwork. To provide the students with the excellent education they need in the current environment and to help them pursue both their professional and academic objectives, the college.

Janakpur Engineering College (JEC) has already contributed more than 20 years as a recognized engineering college under the affiliation of the Institute of Engineering, TU in Nepal. It is one of the prestigious engineering colleges in engineering education.

JEC provides an excellent platform for students to gain engineering knowledge and enhance their capacity in this ever-changing world in terms of technology, innovativeness, and working methodology. We deliver our experience, knowledge, and skills to the students to be professional and more professional in their work life.
