This Bheri Gyanodaya Campus was established at the community level in the year 2043 under TU with the aim of supporting the educational development of higher education in the district. In the beginning, teaching at the proficiency certificate level was started under the Faculty of Humanities after getting affiliation from TU. Due to various financial and physical problems, the certificate level was limited to operation till 2055. In accordance with the state of educational development of the district and the wishes of students and parents, in the year 2056, a bachelor's program (BA) was approved and conducted under the Faculty of Humanities. In the course of time, 6 (six) subjects have been taught in Bachelor of education (B.Ed.) in Bheri Gyanodaya Campus since 2060, with the interest of students and parents and the initiative of the campus. In the year 2070, management faculty (BBS) under TU and from 2076 the faculty of education, postgraduate level (M.Ed. in EPM) classes have been started under MU. The goal of this campus is to launch other new subjects in M.Ed., M.A. and M.B.S. Bheri Gyanodaya Multiple Campus was unified to Mid-West University on 2075 Bhadra 11 as a constituent campus. We had been provided the remote allowances as our campus is located in remote area, Jajarkot which is one of the country's nine remote districts (Bajhang, Bajura, Achham, Humla, Jumla, Dolpa, Kalikot, Mugu and Jajarkot ). But, MU is not listening to our voice so far. So we again request to our university not to cut off our remote allowances that the government of Nepal is continuosly providing to the remote districts.
