The Master of Business Studies in Finance (MBS-F) is a two-year postgraduate degree program. The curriculum is designed to equip students with essential knowledge across various business disciplines such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Operations, and Human Resource Management. The program also emphasizes understanding business culture, environmental challenges, and organizational issues through classroom lectures, assignments, projects, presentations, case studies, industrial visits, workshops, and seminars.
Upon completion of the MBS-F degree, graduates are expected to develop:
Managerial skills across different management functions
Effective communication skills relevant to business practice
Decision-making abilities supported by research
Entrepreneurial skills with a focus on risk-taking
General Objective:
The program aims to develop socially responsible, creative, and analytically driven management professionals.

Eligibility:
Applicants must have completed a Bachelor’s degree (2, 3, or 4 years) in any discipline from Tribhuvan University or any other university recognized by Tribhuvan University.
Admission Process:
Applicants must pass the LBC Management Admission Test (LBCMAT), which follows international standards and includes sections on verbal ability, quantitative ability, logical reasoning, and general awareness. The test comprises 100 objective questions, with 25 questions per section, totaling 100 marks. Candidates must achieve the minimum qualifying score set by the examination committee to proceed to the interview stage.
Shortlisted candidates based on the LBCMAT results will be interviewed for final selection.
