1. Program Overview

4. Admission Requirements
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Political Science, Social Work, or related fields (TU-recognized).
Entrance Exam: Mandatory written test conducted by Tribhuvan University.
Language: Instruction in English/Nepali; assignments/exams in either language.
5. Pedagogy & Assessment
Teaching Methods: Lectures, seminars, fieldwork, colloquiums.
Evaluation:
Internal (40%): Attendance, term papers, presentations.
Final Exam (60%): Written tests per subject.
Thesis: Defended in the 4th semester (200 marks).
