ABOUT CAMPUS

Since its founding in 1978 AD, Paklihawa Campus has been striving to create knowledgeable and effective professionals in the fields of agriculture and veterinary science by offering higher caliber academic programs. With experienced teachers and support staff working diligently to give academic knowledge, direction in research activities, help, and mentoring, the Campus has established a strong foundation. The campus always supports and encourages students as they pursue their goals of academic excellence. Paklihawa Campus was founded in Rupandehi district, just 4 kilometers to the southwest of the district's administrative center for Bhairah. It represents a crucial ecological area in Nepal. For conducting farm research in agricultural sciences and instructing undergraduate students, the site provides a moderate level of amenities. Agriculture and veterinary higher technical education are now exclusively offered by Paklihawa Campus, a government university in province No. 5. Horticultural crops cultivated on college farms as part of project work and practicals by students in various semesters are collected and sold on campus.

25% of deserving Paklihawa Campus undergraduate students receive a grant of Rs. 200 each month for a maximum of 10 months. A.H., B.V.Sc., and B.Sc. Ag programs are offered at the Paklihawa Campus.

Mission
The institute's goals are to advance agricultural science and prepare people for careers in agriculture through teaching, research, and extension. 

Currently, the campus offers a five-year Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.Vsc & A.H.) program in addition to a four-year Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (B.Sc.Ag.) program.
