The "IIMS Education Foundation Pvt. Ltd" (IIMS Group), founded in 2010 by enthusiasts and educationists, has a long history in the Nepalese educational sector, having been a pioneer in the promotion of a wide range of high-quality educational services. It has been operating three separate colleges under the same umbrella foundation: Lincoln International College of Management & IT (LICMIT), affiliated with Lincoln University College (Malaysia); Asian College of Higher Studies (ACHS), affiliated with Tribhuvan University (TU, Nepal); and Institute of International Management Science (IIMS), affiliated with Taylor's University (Malaysia). This has made recognized domestic and international degrees easily accessible to Nepalese students.
